Body
While this primarily pertains to students who set up their Olin laptops with a Personal Microsoft Account and not signing into your laptop with your @olin.edu account, the below are some ways to help resolve issues you may be experiencing when accessing and/or printing from the PrintVS02 print server.
You could experience issues:
- After changing your Olin account password
- Saving your username instead of your email on the "Enter network credentials" pop up when first going to PrintVS02
- You clicked "Remember my credentials" when entering just your username, getting an "Invalid credentials" pop up, then entering your email instead and not click the "Remember my credentials" box.
If you are experiencing issues, please follow the below to ensure credentials are correct.
1) Open Credential Manager either through the search bar or going to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager

2) Click on Windows Credentials and you should see an entry near the top of the list with "printvs02" or "printvs02.olin.edu" as its label. Click it to expand that section, then Remove. You may also see a "*Session" label here too, please ensure that it shows your full Olin email for the "User name" field. It should be grabbing this if you're logging into your laptop with the OLIN WiFi SSID, not OLIN-DEVICES or OLIN-ROBOTICS. If this is correctly in Credential Manager, you shouldn't be receiving a Credential pop up when accessing the PrintVS02 server.

4) Access PrintVS02 again by going to \\printvs02 or \\\printvs02.olin.edu in a Windows Explorer window typing either of those addresses in the Windows search bar or Run box. In the credential box, put your full email address (username@olin.edu), your current Olin password, and checking the "Remember my credentials." If you can't type into this Credential prompt, you may have to scroll down a bit to select "More choices," then "Use a different account."

5) If that still does not resolve it, please contact helpdesk@olin.edu or stop by the Help Desk.
