Enabling Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset

To use Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset in the future to recover a lost password, you must establish two or more additional authentication methods to your Olin account. Authentication methods you can use as part of self-service password reset include:

• Microsoft Authenticator App
• Other one-time password authenticator (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
• Phone call or text message (only for backup authentication, or for password reset)
• Alternate email address (only usable for password reset)
• Security questions (only usable for password reset)

To add additional authentication method(s) to your Olin account:

• Go to the Microsoft 365 Security Info page: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
• Click +Add sign-in method
• Follow the prompts depending on your selection
