Download/Upload files via Jenzabar remote desktop

Native Remote Desktop (preferred):

1. From J1 Desktop, Save As the file you wish to retrieve.
2. Choose the C on <computer name> option from the destination drop down.
3. Find the location on your local computer where you wish to save.
   Suggestion: C > Users > Username > Downloads will be the same location your browser downloads to.
4. Click Save and find the file on your computer to open it as needed.

Web Remote Desktop (backup):

1. From J1 Desktop, Save As the file you wish to retrieve.
2. Choose Remote Desktop Virtual Drive on RDWeb Client  and then the Downloads folder.
3. Name the file and click Save
4. In a moment, your browser will prompt to allow downloading the file to your computer.
   Note: you can choose to not ask every time before clicking Confirm.
5. Your browser will now prompt to open the file from your local downloads folder.
