Problem:
If you cannot log in to J1 (Web or Desktop) and are not receiving an MFA push / approve message on your phone, check the following setting. You may see an error message such as the one below:

Solution:
- Go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
- Verify if the Sign-in method when most advisable is unavailable setting highlighted below says Phone - call xxx-xxx-xxxx

- Click the change link and select App based authentication - notification and click confirm.

- Attempt sign-in with J1 again.
