Click File in the top left hand corner of Outlook

Click Account Settings

Click Account Settings… in the submenu

Select the Data Files tab

Select Add…
-
Browse to where your archive file is located. It should be of the .pst file type.

Select the file and click OK.

The Archive will now appear in the list of data files.

If you would like to change the display name of the archive you can select it from the list and click Settings.

Click Close on the Account Settings Window

The Archive should now appear in the Outlook Navigation Pane to your left.

You may have to minimize some folders in your main mailbox to see it and or scroll down the Navigation Pane to access it.
