Touch the screen to wake up the system.
Select “podium comp” to use the integrated computer; select “podium laptop” to use your own laptop. Make sure both HDMI cables are plugged in (use adapters if necessary).
Source Volume: controls the audio level of sound output from computer as a source. Not the microphones.
Projector: ‘On’ turns on both screens. ‘Mute’ turns off the projected screen while keeping the confidence monitor on. ‘Confidence Monitor Mute’ does the opposite.
Time setting: the system automatically turns off when the countdown is over. Tap the buttons to reset the countdown.
Speech Volume: controls audio level of the microphones in use, not audio from computer content.
Microphones: tap ‘Mics’ to enter the microphone control menu. Note that for the podium microphone, you have to physically unmute it by pressing the grey button on the microphone stalk.
Exit: turns off the system.
