Accessing Jenzabar J1 Desktop

Initial Setup (one-time only)

1. Open "Company Portal" from the Windows Start Menu.
    
2. Find J1 Desktop in the apps section. Click to select it.
    
3. Click the Install button. The installation is automatic from this point forward.
4. Once complete, you'll be prompted as shown below.
   

Launching J1 Desktop

1. Double click the J1 Desktop icon on your Windows desktop.
2. You'll be prompted for credentials. Enter your Olin email address and password and you should see a screen like below:
    
3. For security, you'll be prompted to approve the sign in using your Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor application. The exact message may vary based on your mobile devices operating system. You should Deny this prompt if you receive it and are not actively trying to login to J1 or another application.
   
    
4. Finally, you should see a Jenzabar login screen. Enter your username and password, select the appropriate database for your needs, and click OK.
