Accessing Jenzabar J1 Desktop

Initial Setup (one-time only)

1. Open "Company Portal" from the Windows Start Menu.
    
2. Find J1 Desktop in the apps section. Click to select it.
    
3. Click the Install button. The installation is automatic from this point forward.
4. Once complete, you'll be prompted as shown below.
   

Launching J1 Desktop

1. Double click the J1 Desktop icon on your Windows desktop.
2. You'll be prompted for credentials. Depending upon your computer's configuration, you may be prompted to enter a PIN. This is not supported for accessing Jenzabar. Instead, choose the "More choices" option and enter your password.
    
3. While the "starting your app" screen below is shown, you will be prompted to approve the sign in using your Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor application.
   You should Deny this prompt if you receive it and are not actively trying to login to J1 or another application.
4. Finally, at the Jenzabar One login screen shown below, enter your username, password, and select the appropriate database for your needs. Click OK.
